Interested in Dialysis

I've always had an interest in dialysis but my experience is SNF/Rehab Nsg. I will be doing the snowbird thing this year and wintering in FL. Does anyone know of any dialysis centers in the southwest that will do internship programs? What basic info should I have under my belt going in?

Well, we have the same situation here. I'm interested also entering this area (DN). Hope you'll enjoy this new specialty, I'll be starting my training program in my country at Philippine Dialysis Kidney Foundation but still hoping for employment in Fresenius for better and advance skills. Good LUck.

New people are always welcomed. As much as mx tends to be selective, they will usually succumb went staffing woes arise.

Just need to seek where the opportunity is.
