Hello there! I need some useful tips and input how to get hired. I was graduated with ADN and obtained my license in 2009, but I have not looked for work since. I am a stayhome mom and looking to go back to work. I am currently attending school RN/BSN and will graduate with my BSN this Fall. Based on this background, you can see I do not have any RN experience except what I gained through school. The question is, if I want to get hired, what tips would you give me as far as job searching and what to put in my resume? Besides BLS, should I try to obtain other certifications. When look for a job, should I avoid those that required experience RN: one- three, at least one year experience required? I am in FL by the way. Thanks in advance. I am looking forward to some great tips and ideas.
