Members of allnurses aren't allowed to request or provide medical advice per the terms of service. If you feel your daughter needs to go to the emergency room, take her to the emergency room. If you feel your daughter should see her primary care provider, make an appointment. We cannot assess over an internet forum.

Do people really try to get medical advice from a forum of strangers who you have no idea what our actual credentials are. Second, and most important, why would you go to the Emergency room for an issue that has been there a year? Do you understand what an ER is?

A bit snarky, but I have the same questions.

As mentioned as per the Term of Service of the site we can not give medical advice. Please speak to your daughter's PCP
