Hello guys, I am an RN for about 2 years now but my actual working experience is only 1 year I am from the country of the Philippines and I wanted to pursue my nursing career in Australia particularly the bridging program.
I have 1 year clinical experience and I recently took my IELTS exam. Unfortunately, the result was not that good. L:6.5 R:6.5 S:7 W:6.0 I know that this result is not enough to proceed with the bridging program and I am not financially stable in studying again in Australia.
So what I think as plan B was to study a different course but still related to a nursing program like aged care in Australia. I was just worried of the employment status in Australia if I'm going to take a different course.
That is basically my concern I hope someone could enlighten me because nurses here in the Philippines is steadily growing every year. The supply is very high and the demand is getting low so low that most of the employers here are taking advantage of it.
