Only the school can tell you if your degree is equivalent to a US bachelor's. You may need an educational credential assessment to determine the equivalency to US standards.

Generally, yes. Ask the school's admission department what evaluation agency they prefer before paying.
Foreign medical school's coursework often lacks specific subjects which US nursing program typically require, like statistics, nutrition and medical terminology. Either the school you are interested in will consider your subjects as an equivalent, or you have to take them as pre-recs. The latter way cost more, so shop around for school and do not be afraid to negotiate a bit.
@KATIEMI...thanx for answering.I know i will have to take these pre requisites.I am just asking about bachelor in Another field. Will be considered equivalent to usa bachelor?
You need the credentials assessed to determine if it's equivalent to a US bachelor's or not. No one can answer without a thorough review of the transcript and course outlines.

Moved to nurse registration as this pertains more to registration as an RN in the US.
