what should i include in my study with Hurst ?

HEEELLLPPP!! should i only study Hurst (which is amazing) but it seems like its for just RNs ? or should i include another book ? i'm a re-tester for the LVN exam && i just want to pass ! SO I WANT to study the right information ! thanks in advance

    I recommend Saunders for content and NCLEX 4000 for practice questions!

    If you feel that you need to supplement your studies, I would also recommend the Saunders book. Just go through them one system at a time--which is probably what you're doing with Hurst anyway.
