Immunizations for nursing school

I have about a year to get my immunizations for nursing school. Due to several different autoimmune diseases, ive never been immunized. My doctor has agreed it would be best to spread them out over the course of a year due to my sensitivity to certain drugs. Does anyone have ideas on building my immune system for these? (I'm getting my first one in a few weeks-Hep. B) I'm a little apprehensive because I've had terrible reactions to simple stuff (like dexamethasone). Anyone else with Graves' disease, AND hashimotos had experience with this? (I have Reynolds syndrome as well but I don't expect that to be as much of a problem.)
