I'm a CNA

I'm a CNA that's suspendered I did not do anything I'm acuse of abuse I have done nothing it's by word of mouth from other people no proff of course cause it did not happen but rumor has it I'm fired which is crazy can I get my unemployment they can't put it on my record can they if it did not happen.

    Unfortunately, if anyone is accused of abuse, whether it be from rumors, your employer is required to take it serious, even if it did not happen. But, nobody is going to just randomly accuse someone of abuse for fun, could you have possibly done something you weren't aware of?

    There should always be a formal investigation when abuse is involved. During this time, you will be suspended and unable to go back until you are cleared.
