If you only had tomorrow, maybe the next day, maybe the next, what would you say? Would you say I AM SORRY? Would you say THANK YOU!!! ?? WOULD YOU SAY **** YOU and the horse you rode in on? Just asking because an amazing friend is facing difficult choices. As nurses, we know when enough is enough. If you were there, what would you say, want, need?? Young'ish woman, old enough to have lived, but brand new grand kiddos......Tough!

I'd probably say all three to different people.

Depends... If you are talking she has cancer and it is terminal, but chemotherapy would help her live longer, I would say no way. It is about quality and not quantity!

Wow - great question. I think I'd just focus on "being" rather than doing. Trying to absorb and enjoy things that I may never get to experience again on this plane. That would include spending time with people who are closest to me and let them know how grateful I am for having known/loved them. But I don't think I'd waste effort on trying to correct mistakes.
