I am a nurse for more than 10 years but I have never had ICU experience. I am starting my journey to finish my BSN and apply to CRNA school. I will need to work in ICU for at least 1 year. Can any one have any info on finding a critical care course. I have been searching online but have found only limited information. Thank you.

Ordinarily, I believe, the hospital where you work would provide the training for you. That is certainly the case in this area of the country. When I started ICU, I was in a 3 month course, which included the online ECCO course through the AACN, plus classroom with the CNS for the ICUs and preceptorship. Even if you did do an ICU course on your own, which is very expensive, undoubtedly the facility where you would work would likely have you do their program.
Nevertheless, check out the AACN website: http://www.aacn.org/aacn/conteduc.nsf/vwdoc/ELearnHome
Good luck!!

Ditto! I just completed the same online course for my hospital plus some additional modules in person for pulmonary, cardio, neuro, trauma, burn. At my hospital you would apply for a GN internship or an RN internship. Same course, but RN's have a 2 month shorter clinical component.
Take care,
