Are there any good reference sites out there for IABP's?

Kathy White's Fast Facts has a great section on IABP. And if you contact the manufacturer of the pump you are using, they will usually send you some great free reference materials. I've got a couple of thick textbooks which are pretty comprehensive but it's really too much info to be of use at the bedside.

Or use google - I got tons of PPTs and websites come up when I just did.

We use Datascope/Maquet brand IABPs, and I took a free class that was offered by the vendor on balloon pump management/troubleshooting. I would e-mail your IABP representative and inquire about a class, or at least an online resource that they might have to offer.
Good luck!
