I should be studying but...

I have my 2nd of 3 A&P2 tests on Monday! I have been studying moderately for it all this week, but now I'm in anxiety mode and can't seem to get focused!:uhoh21: Anyone else seem to have this problem?

I know what you are going through because I usually experience the same....What helps me with anxiety is exercise. Walking for an hour through the neighborhood or going to the gym is a great stress reliever.

Good luck and keep studying a little each day. Too much at a time will make you feel too tired and I have several sessions a day with freequent brakes in between. ;)

I know how it goes too. The best thing I do is pack a lunch, some water, and head over to the library. If they have those study rooms you can check out with a key (or sometimes free), then do that! Even though you're not usually allowed to eat in the library, if I am in those rooms, I do lol. I think it's good to bring food or else I will have a reason to come home too early!

That is what helps me anyway--the library! It is my only way to get away from allnurses.com!!

Also, I try to study until I feel like the info isn't sticking (it really depends on my mood--sometimes 20 minutes, sometimes 1-2 hrs) and then I take a break--walk through the library, look at the nursing books or check my e-mail quickly.

Good luck! I am just heading off to the library right now.:nurse:
