I Really Need Help!!!

Best thing to do is to talk to an advisor at your school. They should be able to help ease your mind. I don't think it would be a problem, but it's best to find out for sure.

Hi all!

I'm new here and I really need some help. I would like to start R.N. in September but what if I have an underage alcohol offense from 4 years ago? My friend told me that if it's on my background check that I can appeal to the school and very possibly get in with that type of offense.I didn't drink. I was 18 and in a car with a 22 & 24 year old who had unopened containers in the back. But I guess since I was in the car I got slammed,too. But I never got a ticket or fine or summons. I had a 90 day supension on my license. So will this prevent me from school?? Also....someone else told me that this doesn't even show up on my record? Any feedback would be great! thank ya'll!

hey-why don't you just go to the police dept. and ask for a copy of your record--it would probably only cost $3 bucks--also, if it happened before you were 18, it may not be on there now. best, hty/
