I have a question about the lpn program

i know that there is a lpn pre entrance exam before you go into the lpn program. but what i was wondering is there a big test at the end of the program??

Yes, you have to pass the nclex-pn

Some schools, like mine, also have a "big" test once you pass all of your courses. Its an exit exam. We cannot sit for our NCLEX-PN unless we pass our schools exit exam in two attempts. Then you can sit for the big test that determines if you get your license or not.

My husband had to take the PSBPN (may have got the letters wrong!) for entry but he said it was easier than the pre-req classes. He never had one cumulative exam the whole duration of the PN program. Of course, he had to pass the NCLEX PN after he graduated to get his license.

I never saw that man study. In fact, he never even brought a book in the house!
