I need help and advice

Hello everyone. I need help and advices of what i need to do. Here is my situation I graduated back in 2003 but did not passed my test until recently. In August/2008. I only have a little experiences which came from working with my IP license. also from clinical rotation. I'm having difficulty looking for a job because I either not qualify for a new grad program is because I'm not a new grad or is because I don't have enough experiences.

Can anyone out there help me and have any suggestion for me? or anyone working right now and know that there hospital is hiring and willing to train.. Any Unit. I'm willing to relocate. I'm currently living in San Jose California, but like I said I'm willing to relocate.

Any information will be a great help. Please. Thank you

You should check your local community college, most offer an RN refresher course that is 12 weeks long. Good Luck

Talk to HR you might qualify for the new Grad program if you haven't worked as a nurse.... I know someone in that position.... good luck
