I-140 approved. what's next?

Hi! My I-140 was approved last Oct 2007. My PD is Feb 2007. I just have a question. When will the NVC send the visa fee bill? and DS230? Is it when my PD is current? Thanks! Pls enlighten me... :)

Hi! I hope somebody can enlighten me on some of my concerns:

a. My PD is Feb 2007. The Visa Bulletin for September of this year is currently processing Dec 2006. What do I need to do once my PD becomes current?

b. My lawyer asked me to update my documents and submit all pertinent papers like nbi clearance, copy of passport, marriage contract, additional dependents etc..Do I have to wait for my PD to be current before submitting all these requirements?

C. When do I pay the visa fee bill for my spouse and son? How am I going to pay for the visa fee bill? Can I pay it before my PD becomes current?

Hi there anyone here who is currently filling up their ds230? My PD date is jan 2007 and im now asked to submit my ds230 but i am just waiting for my NSO. My docs are still under my maiden name. Do i have to use my husband's surname on the ds230?
