Hyperlipidemea care plan...help!

It's my first one and I really understand the care plan process. My problem is that in all my resources I cannot for the life of me get of the ground with three nursing problems based on the assigned primary dx. Can anyone help?

Hyperlipidemia. My pt has other issues, but that is the one my clinical instructor has assigned me.
