Hurst Percentage

Since there is a thread going around about the uworld percentage, I thought I'd make one for those of us who are primarily using Hurst to prepare for NCLEX. I test next week and I've done 4 of the 6 q reviews with my highest percentage being around 58%.

How has everybody else's percentage been looking?

For the ones who have already taken the NCLEX, how successful were you and how similar was Hurst to the actual test?

Haven't tested yet but I've only done 3 q-reviews.

54%, 62% and 70%

(68/125, 78/125, 88/125)

I take my test on Monday, these have been my hurst q-review scores so far (I've only taken 3):

71/125 (56%)

78/125 (62%)

69/125 (55%)

Mine aren't so great either...67/125, 70/125, and find 76/125. I can't seem to get that 84/125 which sucks... And I test next week. :(

I've been studying here and there with hurst and uworld. My scores for the 3 q-reviews are:

61/125

72/125

83/125

I think the reason for the gradual increase is because I'm beginning to understand where I went wrong in my previous tests and applying what I learned onto the next one. If I was unsure about something, I would flip back into my hurst binder and reread the section to fully understand the concept. I think you just need to have confidence and do the process of elimination. If the answer choice is not adding up, eliminate and go on to the next choice. Connect the physiological changes to the choice. If it makes sense, then that would be the answer.
