Hey, I also applied. Gpa is 3.4 and 147 PAX. I'm sure you will get in with your stats! Good luck. Do you know anyone how everyone else's stats are looking? So anxious!

Hey guys !! I applied, too. That's a really good score ! Currently my GPA is 3.95 and I got a 131 on the PAX. I really want to find out what others got on average. Kinda feeling worried about where I stand.

Hey! From what I know that's pretty solid. I asked someone from nursing department and they told me 3.5 gpa and 140-150 pax score is avg, so your gpa makes up for your pax score.

do you think they'll look at our essays and our extracurriculars as well?

It depends on which program you apply to, generic no they won't but accelerated program they will.

Hey Ya’ll

I’m also applying, specifically for the A2D program.

GPA 3.82

nln 140

Looking at some older Hunter nursing threads some stats are even higher which just feeds into my anxiety LOL.

Best of luck everyone!

hey guys I am also applying to Hunter's accelerated nursing program.

My GPA: 3.63

My NLN pax: 154

Does Hunter look at the school and previous major when comparing GPAs? I was a business major at a hard undergraduate school so I feel like that should also be taken into consideration. Does anyone know?

Your exam score is amazing! You will get in, they do not consider which school you went to, however if you have any volunteering or work related experience that will help you. Your exam score makes up for your GPA, it is very difficult to score above a 150 so congrats and good luck!

Hey! I am applying to the generic program. My GPA is 3.69 and I got a 145 on the exam.

Do you guys know when they are going to release decisions this year? I heard it's May but anyone know which date? Thank you so much!

Good luck to everyone applying!!

I also applied to hunter colleges generic nursing program!

My GPA is 3.74 and I got a 132 on the pax exam.

I am not sure where I stand and if someone could help I would appreciate it

Hi! Applied to the accelerated nursing program.

GPA: 3.66
PAX: 155 (99th percentile)

I'm super nervous because of my GPA but I think my PAX score is pretty solid from what I've seen. Does anyone know what the date for acceptances are? All I've gotten is that decisions are made before the end of the Spring semester which is very vague but I've seen some older posts with acceptances coming in around the end of April.

Also, does anyone have any idea on how much it's going to cost? I've been looking everywhere and I can't get a concrete number.

That's a great NLN score! I looked at some older posts and I noticed that some did get a respond before the end of April. I'm going with the assumption that decision will be made mid May or late May b/c of whats going with this pandemic.

Also, the in-state tuition for CUNY four-year schools is $6,730. Knowing that the program is a year and a half (3 full semesters and 2 short sessions) perhaps between $15K-20K?
