Humber Second Entry Nursing 2015

Hey guys!

I have applied to the Second Entry Nursing program at Humber and wanted to start this thread for anyone else applying.

I applied last year but missed the 3.4 cut off (which was set for last year) by 2%. I went back to school and took 2 more courses to upgrade my GPA. Hopefully all goes well!!

Anyone in the program now please feel free to provide feedback, it would be greatly appreciated!

I'm applying to Humber this year too! I also applied to three 4-year programs, but this is the only 2nd entry one I'm qualified for.

I just found out that they lost my SBI4U and SCH4U transcripts, so they've been ignoring my application for two months. That's been fun, but hopefully it's fixed now...

I hope you're having better luck, friend!

hi

I have applied. I am an international medical graduate.I have GPA 2.7 .

High school shows grade A in all course.

Is there any chances to get admission???

I applied today, super late and my GPA is around a 2.5 but my high school average is a 90%. I am transferring from another nursing school and hopefully I am accepted into this 2nd entry program. I see there aren't a lot of active members in this forum for Humber hopefully that changes up soon!

There's actually a more recent thread called "Humber College Second Entry (2015)" if you want Humber information. There's also the thread "Ontario Second-Entry Nursing (2015)" with a detailed conversation about Humber on page 23. :)

I think the GPA cut-off so far has been 3.5, but they should be starting to take people off the waitlist around now.
