Wow...

So I interviewed about 2 weeks ago for this NOC position at a SNF in Northern Ca, but unfortunately they filled that position with someone else, but they told me that I was their second choice.:icon_roll

Fastforward to today.

I get a call from the DON and she said she had a full time Day positon available, and that she was offering it to me!:D

Then the kicker, she said it paid 35.00/hr!:eek:, I knew that, but thought that was for RN, not LVN! and especially NOT a new grad! That is with Benefits, and Full time! It's a 49 bed Alzheimers facility, so I will approx have like 15 patients!! (not 50 like I have now:cool:)

Oh my goodness, I have been working at this TERRIBLE SNF oncall, and I mean TERRIBLE, so I said Adios today!

All I have to say to all the new grads is that something willl EVENTUALLY happen for you!! It did for me!
