How does transferring work?

My husbands job is planning to transfer him to another state by years end and I just started my job at Davita 2 weeks ago. Will they transfer me to another clinic in the state I'm moving to? If its at the end of the year then ill have been with the company for 6 months. I don't want to ask my FA right now because I don't want to give the wrong impression, but I just wanted to know if anyone else has any answers for me :)

Thank you!

I would say they probably will, they invested the money to train you so the company should keep you! And if they want to be shady about it, well then take your training and go to Fresenius! :)
