Okay so I this was my first semester of nursing school. It took a little adjusting to get used to balancing clinicals, papers, classes, my kids/husband/house, and studying. I worked my butt of and ended up with B's in all my classes, A in clinical, I'm happy with that but wondering, How can improve?
So I read and highlight, write out definitions, When they give us objectives for the chapter I answer them as if they're questions, I have a friend that I study with, I do the questions at the end of the chapters..
So how do you study? And.. If you study in a group or with a friend what do you??

Well I did a search and did find much general help and not much help on study groups at all.
For anyone interested in answering my question, just looking for what works for you, and if you do study groups/partners what do you do?
Thanks

I agree with the Other poster... Look around this forum. I have answered this question about 3 times. Just to give you a summary: I record my notes on digital recorder and listen to them. I record lectures. I answer a ton of nclex questions. I study in my study group, just for clarification of things. I pay attention to the book's charts and diagrams. Hope this helps and good luck !
