How to study for CNA license?

I am a notoriously bad test taker, but I found the written...well, kind of easy. I was invested in the material and honestly a little interested in it, so I think that probably helped me. I'd put it at a 2-3 for me personally. I had a really good NA training program, they took a lot of time discussing what we could expect out of the test and had us take practice written/practical exams, so I felt really well prepared by my program.

The practical scared me more - I get stage fright and I was convinced going in that I was going to wind up pulling the one task on the list that I hadn't had any experience with - changing sheets with a person in it. (Never had the opportunity in clinicals, had it demonstrated in training but never actually did it.) And guess what? I WAS TOTALLY RIGHT.

The main thing is to relax - the test is not trying to trick you, it wants to see what you've learned and make sure that it's safe to send you out into the world with a license. :) Good luck!

CNA it's all about common sense.

I did not study for exam and I did not read a book we supposed to.

I passed the state exam without any problems.

All I would say... RELAX :)

It's only CNA class and CNA state exam :) Nothing to worry about!

If your state does Pearson's written exam, it is RIDICULOUSLY easy.
