How does random testing work if you are working?

How does the random urine/blood/hair testing work if you are chosen and have to work that day? I know some people work 07:00 to 19:30. Are there places that are open late? 24hours?

you usually have to pay more and go to an urgent care/somewhere open late

Hopefully there's a place open late. If not you have to leave work for a while.

based on a case my therapist is working on, they make sure you can go to a lab within their business hours, and there's that chance that it'll be an inconvenience to you. I think she also mentioned that they give you a certain window to get tested.

I; conveniently , and thankfully... live very close to the hospital and the testing site, so I usually leave on my lunch break and it is just understood by my supervisor that it is something I have to do..:(
