How to prepare for Psych Interview

I have a second interview on a trauma disorders unit tomorrow. The interview is with the Nurse Manager. Any advice on questions she may ask or how to prepare other than normal interview prep? Thanks Guys and Gals.

That was stupid of me to post initially, it's been a long week.

I would ask: What unique challenges has this unit faced over the last year? (i.e. successes, failures, etc.)

And then ask for a quick tour of the facility.

Well I am still in nursing school and but graduating next month and I also have my second interview on friday, but for an ER position. I didn't get the jobb my first go round but I am claiming it this second time. I just wanted to wish you good luck and also, be prepared for maybe clinical scenerio questions. I wasn't prepared for them during my first interview. Good Luck Again!

Be prepared to not look surprised at what the patients are like when you first lay eyes on them. I was told I got my job because I didnt flinch when approached by a patient on my walk through who began telling me about his voices and for the fact that I spoke to the patients that did approach me. The nurse manager also commented on the fact that I did not appear the least bit nervous walking on to the locked units.

pielęgniarka,

It's OK, I actually read the OP last night, and was really tired - also feeling silly, almost posted something silly too ;)
