As a current RN student, I would strongly suggest that you think positive in hopes you will get IN, but instead of spending time stressing, spend it reading up on ANYTHING that you feel you wished you had done better in class, such as: review your anatomy, pharmacology, physiology, math, pathophysiology is a biggy where students do not get the connection between what we learned and what is expected on those darn care plans.
Ask yourself, what if I do get in, am I ready? Good luck to you!

I agree with Generativity on this one. Here's my personal experience as I'm starting my program in about one and a half weeks (May 3rd).
I started studying for the TEAS test in October 2015 as that's what my school used for their program entrance exam. I took the test the very last day I could in January (the 19th I believe). I received a passing score that night and was then invited for an interview scheduled the week after Valentines day (February 23rd). After the interview we were left in the dark for about 3 weeks as the acceptance letters were late by a week they were supposed to be out 2 weeks after the interview (received it March 11th I believe). My program starts next week so here's a timeline with just dates written out for you.
-Started studying October 2015
-TEAS entrance exam - January 19th, 2016
-Entrance interview - February 23rd, 2016
-Acceptance letter received - March 11th, 2016
Key note here is it takes time, 6-8 weeks.
Be patient. If you took the entrance exam for your program and did poorly in any subject (basic arithmetic, nursing related science, grammar / english) brush up on it.
It's easy to get antsy and get stuck in a cycle of worrying whether you were accepted or not. Remain calm and wait on that letter. I thought for sure I wouldn't get in because of how indifferent I acted in the interview because of my nerves yet I was accepted. Just remember that if you don't get in there's always another class or school you can apply for.
Best of luck to you & your journey.
