December Graduates and Kaplan for NCLEX
Two years ago, I registered with Kaplan for in-person review. I believe the first time they cancelled, it was the night before. After rescheduling for weeks later and reassuring no cancellation would occur again, they cancelled again just days before the session. There was a third cancellation, and six months later they were still trying to get an in-person session together. They claimed not enough students want in-person review so if not enough students sign up for in-person review, Kaplan does not want to pay for the space and instructors’ cost when only one or two students register. I ended up taking the Kaplan on-line review, I wish I had asked for my money back. Kaplan claims their sample exams are similar to actual NCLEX, but I found no similarities. Good luck!

Help failed NCLEX twice
Don’t rush it! Take it when your chosen Review gives you the highest % chance of passing. You can do it!

Fired from my first RN job after only 2 weeks.
Thank you! I learned the hard way.

How did/do you pay for nursing school and expenses? I need some advice.
What school will you be attending?

How long after you applied to a program did it take to here back
As a current RN student, I would strongly suggest that you think positive in hopes you will get IN, but instead of spending time stressing, spend it reading up on ANYTHING that you feel you wished you had done better in class, such as: review your anatomy, pharmacology, physiology, math, pathophysiology is a biggy where students do not get the connection between what we learned and what is expected on those darn care plans. Ask yourself, what if I do get in, am I ready? Good luck to you!
