I am up now - its 1.30 in the morning - only time of day to get peace and quiet and clarity of thought... no phones ringing, no-one else making demands on my time - fantastic!

I will be up at 6.30 to sort the kids out too...

Last night I went to bed at 2 am. I am usually up really late. It was the same when school was going on. Right now I stay up late to get some peace and quiet and when I am in school it is just because I have to study. I have 2 kids in school and when they get home I help them with their homework and of course the regular fixing supper and all so once all 3 kids go to bed that is my time to do whatever I want. It does get to me when I have to get up early in the morning though to take the kids to school and get to class.

I have two children, and I find it is hard to study with them up. I have to wait until they go to bed. As far as studying and homework this summer I took Chem(beginning) and I would stay up till 1 or 2 in the morning trying to do homework...hated chemistry :barf02: I signed up for A&P this fall so I know once kids start back to school, there will be no more nights of watching my favorite shows relaxing, I will be up studying hard. Except on Sundays which I can't wait for Desperate Housewives, and Grey's Anatomy to come back on. Maybe I should see if I can record it.!!! Good Luck with your studies

I'm an night owl to begin with, so staying up till 2-3am is a nightly routine for me. Generally speaking my girls are in bed at 8, asleep by 830. Once they hit the hay, I load the dishwasher, do a quick run of the house with the swiffer (1600 sq ft of hardwood), and get their lunches ready for the next day for school. After that I shower, run the dishwasher and it has been MY time. i know thats ending. Matter of fact, since i got my books yesterday, I spent last night doing the pre-1st class homework that we were assigned...

I'm sure I'll be watching TV from 10-11 as I love the dateline type shows, then back to studying until probably 2

I am usually up until 1:30 - 2:00am. It is a really bad habit as I sleep over half the weekend away. Thank goodness for my wonderful husband who gets up with the kids around 8:00am on sat and sun and takes them and leaves the house. He comes back around lunch time and then lets my 3 year-old son wake me up. I got in the habit because I was working full time and taking a lot of class, I just couldn't study til everyone was in bed. I have quit my job and don't plan on working again until at least January so maybe I can get enough studying done during the day now.

i'm dreading when school starts as it is i'm up until 1 or 2 am with my son who HATES to sleep it seems at night! He's 4 months so someone please tell me that he'll start sleeping at night/??!!! LOL

Good grief, how are you guys up till 2am?! I wish I could do that! I thinking about napping with my kids during the day so I wont be tired later. Its frustrating cause I feel like I have 12 whole hours of day light to be studying but I cant because the kids would never have that LOL. The day time hours are for me to spend time with my kids but I manage to go back and forth between them and school work. An hour of homework an hour of play...I just hope they'll remember me as a good example later.
