I would like to know how to apply for CES ( Credentials Evaluation Service) as part of the requirements in Vermont NCLEX Application? Please help me.

Just go to the CGFNS website and follow instructions for CES. I do recommend that you are careful if opting for online processing as any mistakes can not be rectified after you have submitted your application unless you write to them

Which is better? IERF or CGFNS? Because Ive seen it in Vermont they have two credentials agency.

CES is accepted by more places, so I'd get that one (although I hate dealing with CGFNS)
