How do you get your date?

For the cpne, do they call you from the site, from EC or email it to my EC account? Just curious and anxious to get it. Thanks!

    Ditto. My work paid for part of my school so if i dont grad by dec i have to pay it all back!

    Mine expires in July so I have to renew it this month anyways. What do we do with it when we are RN's? Does it become inactive?

    Good question....I don't know of anyone who held both before (and I didn't come across it in the transitions material, lmao....)

    I just paid $90 to renew mine. I can't figure out the whole process in Florida. I have to call the EC state requirements help line soon. I don't know if it would be worth it for me to work as a GN when I finish, my boss said my pay would be about the same but I would always have to work w/an RN (so two nurses sharing the work, right!) so she thinks I should just work as an LPN until I get the RN license. I dunno, I know with my grad date now being 11/18 that will be by Christmas time I will be an RN. I guess I am OK w/that but I wish it was sooner. I am kind of thinking of calling to ask what kind of cancellations they have for August, only bc that would let me make the Sept 2 deadline and I would be an 10/21 grad.... so much to think about. I guess I have to see how comfortable with the material I am... I don't want to rush the CPNE I want to be 100% prepared so that I pass the first time.

    I applied in May, got my date in 22 hours.

    They must have had a lot of cpne apps since ive not heard of anyone getting any recently. 22 hrs.... Wow. Im so anxious to get a date. So worried i wont test til oct or nov. The pay is not much more here either... Sucks huh.
