congrats, how does this nclex work? u complete uni then have to do a exam for your reg? here if we pass exams in uni and graduate then as long as your paper work is in order you pretty much hand it in to the nurses board and they reg you only prob is its a state by state registration
(only accepted in that state). but i hear soon it will be made country wide

This site will explain how NCLEX works, it is a national exam accepted by all states in the US but when moving from state to state you have to apply for a license in that state to be able to work as a nurse. It is a multi-choice CAT system and includes a new type of question called SATA Select all that apply as well as one answer questions. Generally you can discard 2 of the 4 answers and then it is a decision to decide which is the right one as usually they are both right but need to think on which is the most important of the 2.
