It is great to see a board just for educators. I am a hospital based nurse educator for a small (24 bed) hospital in central MN and one of 3 male RN's. I have just begun this job and have previous ICU and MS experience. I am trying to pull it all together to help educate the entire nursiing staff from ER to OR so any assistance would be great!
