How Do I Know If I Pass?

Hello everybody! I am just wondering how am i supposed to get an access to the "immediate result" of my NCLEX exam? I was told that the state of CA is not included in the "quick result" program that pearson offers. How long will it take to get the result? What is the FASTEST way of knowing the result? I will be taking the exam soon...and any input will be greatly appreciated...thanks a lot....:bow:

Your name will either show up on the http://www.rn.ca.gov website or you will receive something in the mail. It takes an average of 10 days to get your results but can definitely take longer. I waited 4 weeks to find out I passed but my transcripts were late getting in.

Which exam are you writing? If the PN exam, then you are going to need to wait for the letter to come in the mail about three weeks after testing.

There is no access to immediate results in CA, and in the other states that participate in the Quick Results take 48 hours from testing.

I took the PN exam in CA and it took 2 days shy of 4 weeks for me to get results.

It a little bit different for everyone. My name appeared on the brn website within 2 business days after the exam. With the VN boards...it was about 4 weeks before the letter arrived in the mail.
