I took NCLEX yesterday and did all 265 questions. I don't know the result but I am pretty sure that I had failed.
Do I contact my nursing board to take the test again? Do I need to contact my nursing school for documentation? Does your school get involved again like the way we did with the first exam?
Thank you for your support.

The board of nursing will send you a letter of reapplication just in case you failed.Think positive, you'll pass.

Wait for your results, normal feeling to fail when completing the exam. Many have thought they had failed but had passed. Hang in there and good luck

the nclex makes changes to the test every 4 years, i believe. it is usually in april, but i hear that the new changes took place already (a few months ago).
Thank you for your support and info.
I did pass with 265 Q. I just can't believe it. Good luck to everyone!
the ncsbn review every couple years and decide on whether to raise or not. rn was raised slightly last year and pn will be next month. the raise isn't much and as long as you study and practice questions you should be ok but remember i can not guarantee 100% as there will always be people who pass or fail
