How do you answer yes and not get judged? Help. It's affecting me get jobs

That is a question an employer has no business asking in an interview. It's discriminatory and therefore illegal. I would run far, far away from a business that would ask you that.......heaven only knows what other illegal and/or unethical things they do to their employees. :poop:

For what it's worth: don't disclose your illness to anyone at work unless you must ask for accommodations. If it doesn't affect you in the workplace, your boss and co-workers need never know.

Always say no. Answer no to everything mental health or substance abuse related and keep any sort of treatment that you might be receiving completely separate from school and work.

ditto on the above.

Uhh... what kind of place is asking this question? I'm with Viva, it's illegal for them to even ask and violates the Americans with Disabilities Act.
