Where can I work with mental insane as lpn that provides housing for nurses

This is a very, very long shot and a slim chance to none, but you can check to see if any travel nursing companies have assignments to work with the "mentally insane."
However, in that case, the housing would be temporary because the travel nursing contract placement would be short-term. And only a miniscule number of companies offer placements to LPNs due to issues revolving around scope of practice.

I certainly hope you don't use "mentally insane" on your resume.

Ok, I really did LOL when I read "I want to work with mental insane"!!!
Dear heaven, Watson, I hope your native tongue is not English. It's the only possible excuse I can think of for using that choice of phrase. And if that is the case, please brush up on language skills before you land an interview....pretty sure 'mental insane' isn't going to open any doors for you.
