Hospitals

Looking for new RN position. Can anyone give me info on "GOOD" hospitals to work at. You know stuff like, pay, how they treat their employees, benefits, PRN, etc? I'm looking in Southern Illinois around the St. Louis region. Any help would be appreciated.

Update: I've been hearing good things about Memorial hospital. Anyonework there? Could you please tell me how it is to work there? You can private message me if you like.

Can you be more specific about Memorial Hospital. Thats pretty vague here in Illinois, quite a few around. Where is it?

Meow,

Sorry about that. I'm new around here and just assume that everyone knows what I'm talking about.LOL!! Memorial Hospital in Belleville IL. I already worked at ST. Elizabeths. Let's just say it wasn't for me. Wanting to try something new in a different facility. If you are familiar with this hospital, I would greatly appreciate any input about your experience working there and how they treat their employees. Pt/RN ratio, pay, advancment opportunities, orientation, ACLS renewls, Etc.

Thanks
