Just got back from NCLEX-RN and it cut off at 75 and it took 1 hr 15 min. I honestly can't imagine that I passed that ridiculous exam. If that determines whether we are capable nurses then that is sad. By the way, I can't stop crying. So pissed that I told friends and family I was going to take it today.

It is the worst feeling having to wait. I hope you get good news soon! :)

Oh sweetie, ((((HUGS))). I know how you felt. I took mine 2 days ago and after an hour and 75 questions it shut off and I had NO idea how I did. But at 75 questions, the odds are in your favor. You have to of been doing good enough to pass. The other spectrum is that you're doing so incredibly bad that even if it gave you all 265 questions you wouldn't pass and that's hard to believe. I know what gave me a lot of comfort was finding out that the priority, infection control, and delegation questions (which was the majority of my test) are the higher level questions, so I had to of been getting them right if it kept giving me those types of questions. I found out this morning that I've passed and it's a huge weight lifted off my shoulders.
Keep the faith sweetie. It's over. Take a deep breath. I had a classmate take her NCLEX last week and she told me VA doesn't have quick results and she had to wait 2 weeks. I know it's going to be tough, but try to keep busy to pass the time quicker. It'll come faster than you know it.

I can totally empathize. After taking that darn test alll you want to do is curl up in a little ball and cry. It really makes you feel like crap. I have been crying since i took it on thur and wont find out til next week. People tell me not to worry about it and stop crying, but its the only thing I can do. I try to distract myself (i.e. going out, cleaning my room, shopping), but the test is all I want to talk about. And going to this website is the only thing that makes me feel better.
All you can do now is wait. Im not going to tell you to stop crying and worry about it because THAT IS ALL YOU WANT TO DO!! (its a natural response) But, I will tell you to wait a while and when you find out that you passed....laugh at yourself because all that crying and worrying was for nothing. Just keep yourself distracted by going to this website, read/type about your feelings or just talk to people who doesnt mind hearing it. Its therapeutic. :) Everyone is here to help you during your crisis because we have or will go through the same situation. (And, it puts a smile on my face when I have people that i dont know cheering me on) I WISH YOU THE BEST!!!

Hang in there guys. I know it's hard to do. I took the exam Tuesday morning, 75 questions in 75 minutes. I was positive I failed. So depressed for two days. Felt as if I had let my husband down. It was the hardest 49 hours to endure. The Ohio Board of Nursing usually has your liscense posted quickly, mine wasn't. So this just confirmed it in my mind that I had failed. I was pleasantly surprised, not to mention shocked, when I checked Pearsonvue and found out I passed! I have a feeling you will find yourself in the same situation, a RN. Have a good weekend, you'll all be in my thoughts and prayers. {{{Hugs}}}

Any time you have an exam where both passers and failers tend to get around 50% correct, it's going to make a lot of people feel terrible. Just know that it's an extremely common feeling and it doesn't mean you failed.
Good luck on your results!
