My first choice is Hfcc for sure. The lady who I’ve been talking to from Chamberlain told me that the HESI isn’t required for admission but I would need to do it at some point and the grades from it wouldn’t affect my admission.

Did you hear anything from HFCC? On the application instructions it said they would send an email if they received your application

Yes, they do send an email to let you know that it was received. I had sent an email to one of the nursing advisors about something and I did ask her if she knew if they would start letting students know if they got accepted before the deadline and she said no. She did say usually when you hear from them before the deadline it’s because you didn’t meet the qualifications. So we will have to wait until mid, hell even late July.

The Nursing department is working remotely at this time and will begin reviewing applications and related materials in the near future. We have saved your application materials to an electronic file-please do not re-submit”

I got accepted into Chamberlain! I wish HFCC would hurry up and respond because that's where I really want to go, it cheaper and closer to home.

I feel the same way. July 20 is so far away. I keep checking my email everyday, maybe they will say something?I didn’t apply to chamberlain yet. Do they have a start date in July too?

Is that the target date to hear back from HFCC? I check my email several times per day LOL. I do believe they have a July start date but I chose September start date.

Good to know! I’m so nervous for there response LOL. I even went to my email to check out my application to make sure I didn’t miss out anything. I can’t stand all this waiting.
