You are aware that there are automatic scheduled breaks in the NCLEX right? The computer doesn't look at right, wrong or how many questions just elapsed time when a break is offered.

From NCSBN FAQ regarding test day procedures:

You will have up to six hours to complete the RN exam or five hours to complete the PN exam: total exam time includes a short tutorial, two preprogrammed optional breaks and any unscheduled breaks you may take.

The first optional break is offered after two hours of testing. The second optional break is offered after three and one-half hours of testing.

Don't freakout ... just wait for your result and don't assume for the worst... and next time ..... please read the candidate bulletin so you will not get blindsided.....
