Help!!!!!!

Ok so I work at a rehab/LTC facility and have been working there for maybe 3 weeks. Then just now, I got a call to schedule an interview for a RN residency program. What do I do if I get offered the RN residency job? I feel bad for leaving my current job because they are all so nice and my schedule has been set already. But I know I would benefit more from the residency program. What should I do!?!

Go on the interview, see what happens; you can always go PRN at your current job.

You haven't been offered the job, just the interview so go and suss the situation out. Interview THEM

Stay in this moment. You don't have the job yet. Focus on getting the offer, then weigh out your options.
