Desperate help for a care plan that is due this wednesday!! congestive heart failure!! any nursing diagnosis n interventions, please:nurse:

I see you posted the same request on 7/11 and Daytonite replied in detail how to do your care plan.

Oh, I hate it when I get a care plan assigned on Monday that's due on Wednesday. Only two days for a care plan? No wonder you're desperate.

Think about the pathophysiology of CHF. You've got inadequate circulation and fluid backing up into the lungs. Take a gander at the NANDA list and I'm sure some of those diagnoses will jump out at you.

You were desperate and requested help with this on Friday, 3 days ago. I responded with some direction for you and heard nothing more from you!

You posted no further questions, no further data--nothing. Do you mean to say that in the past 3 days you have done no further work on this care plan?

You need to list your patient's abnormal assessment data before I can help you choose any nursing diagnoses or advise you on any nursing interventions. A care plan begins with and is based upon your assessment data, not the patient's medical diagnosis.
