Have you started you licensure application with a board of nursing? Not wise to pay before you have been given the OK to sit the exam from the BON? pearsonvue application is valid for 12 months what if you have some delays with BON. Oe of the things which is going to delay you is waiting for your local exam results as you have to declare you sat it and what your results where.

I really suggest checking out the International and Phillipine forums for further information

Don't take the review first (i mean in a review center) but you could start self-review. Its advisable (for those have short-term memory:banghead::banghead: )to wait until you recieve your eligibility letter. Good luck!

Have you actually submitted an application for licensure to a BON?

You are supposed to apply to the BON for the state that you want and then wait until you get permission from them to even be able to sit for the exam. Paying the money to Pearson-Vue will not do a thing for you until you have met the requirements of that particular state.

Pearson-Vue can only release the ATT if they have approval from the state to do that. And the money that you gave to them is only in your account for one year and then it is theirs. And it is not returned.

Do you know about the requirements for the state where you wish to work? Many have specific requirements that need to be met before they will even look at your application.

Can you please be a little more specific as to what exactly you have done?

Moving this to the International Forum since the foreign nurse has more requirements to be met before they can even sit for the NCLEX exam.
