Help PLEASE!!

Hi all, Im new here and could really use some advice. In '09 I got let go from my job as an LPN at a methadone clinic. A patient told a counselor that I was taking methadone ( I was not) so, they drug tested me, and it was diluted. Then they asked me to test again, I had a 3 yr old son in daycare, the daycare called me and said your son is sick you need to get him, I honestly forgot about the test and went to get my son. The neck day, the HR lady called me and sat me down and asked if I was stealing meds. Long story, I was fired. The BON did a full investigation, where they found no evidence of me taking meds. They were real jerks, tried everything to get me to admit I was diverting. Then they gave up when they had nothing on me, and I said "what now"? they said maybe drug testing, down the road. I decided to go back for my RN, ADN. Half way thru the program, I get a notice from the board, with a consent agreement to restrictions on my LPN license for 3 yrs, drug testing and no narcs for 3 months once I got a job. Well I haven't worked as a nurse since '09. The strange thing is, when you look me up on the OBON site, my RN license is just "Active" while LPN is "active with restrictions" cuz I graduated last summer and passed my NCLEX. I had a baby 4 months ago, so I'm just now looking for a job. Also, I've been testing randomly for a year and a half now, all negative, but doesn't count cuz I'm not employed as a nurse. Ugh! Anyways, so now I'm going to start looking, what do I tell prospective employers? Is my RN license under restriction also? What do I do??Sorry so long, I just need help!! Thanks : )

No one here can give you legal advice. You should contact a lawyer with experience dealing with consent agreements/BON immediately.
