how do i reapply to take the nclex rn exam in north carolina?anybody help me please.

Have you already taken and failed the exam? if so then you should have received the forms otherwise like the previous post states Contact the BON

i just moved after graduating from UNCW to Ohio to take boards. You need to contact the NC Board of Nursing and have your license sent by endorsement if you already have one or contact the EXAM applicant prompt or number. You will have to do a fingerprint for North Carolina and all that good stuff if you are in the same situation as what I did. Hope this helps :):) Best wishes in Carolina:)

They are asking about a retake of the exam, that means that they have not passed it to begin with. So no license has been issued.

They are specifically asking on how to retest so that they can pass the exam and get their license in the first place.

Just wanted to clear this up for you, they have also already applied to NC, so no need to send in fingerprints again.

You should get form by mail if you took exam before,if not then you need to contact the board of NC.good Luck.

try to also check with their site if they have a downloadable application for re-takers.. guess other instructions will be given there..
