Help Please !!!! Medication Error Protocol

Hi everyone,

I'm doing a report on med errors and I need some information on what the nurse is supposed to do after an error has occurred. I have searched all over the internet and I can't find any info. Can some someone direct me on a website?

there is a link there to the ismp (institute for safe medication practice). i'm not sure if they have an official protocol for a med error or not. but, you should check their site.
