Help please info needed for flight nursing

hey all. i have a group project due on wed over flight nursing and we(my group) are having trouble finding info on this particular specialty.

some answers we need are.

job availability?there are plenty of jobs but be willing to relocate.

job responsibilitybesides providing critical care fn's are also crew members... if not find another program.

job growth/potentialclinically the only next step is an educator role or medical manager... otherwise mgt..

expected salary

pros/conssee other postings

how the role of flight nurse fits in todays health care system?advanced response of critical care services..

how/what a flight nurse does to provide, coordinate, & be a member of a profession?
