help NY application

i really dont know the steps by step procedure to apply for nclex in NY, i read the treads and the stickies and still i get confused correct me if im wrong 1st do the CVS thing while waitng for that result submmit and pay the form 1 to NYSED? and wait for the eligibilty after that i can now register to pearson vue and w8 for my ATT is this the right procedure? tnx...

You can do that, if you know for a fact that you will not need to make up any courses. Or you can submit it all at the same time.

Not all programs in the world contain the required courses for the US. For the nurses that trained in the Philippines, they include all of the areas. For nurses that train in the UK and Australia, they do not have all of the required areas many times.

The application for the VSC is only valid for one year now or you need to pay a fee. That is why I always add that. There are people from all over the world that look at these posts.

But again, please be aware that no hospital in NY is petitioning. You will be working at a nursing home only and have the highest chance of losing a license.
