I can't really tell what you're asking but I can tell you that whatever kind of job it is will require excellent written English skills. I hope you typed this post with your thumbs on a reeeaaallllllllyyy tiny keyboard and you really do have a better literacy level, because that sort of documentation will not be acceptable and you won't get past the cover-letter stage.
I'd find out whether they will offer you the job before you start talking salary; most in-house or telephonic case managers get somewhere between $50-65K/year depending on experience and certification; field case management can be a bit more depending on expense reimbursement (I once had a job where I got enough mileage to cover my entire hybrid car payment, which was awesome).
Good luck!
I was using my iPad and yes I am using my thumbs. Thanks for your input.I am asking between Case Manager and Episodic Case Manager. You are about right on salary range because I was told that they are starting in the low 60's by the hiring team I just want to know how far can I go on that low 60's.Thank you very much.

How are we to know? It will depend on your financial circumstances (debt vs. income, the number of dependents you have, your average cost of living in this country, etc.).
You can go as far as they'll let you, but if you have no previous CM experience, you will be paid what HR pays beginners, so don't expect to get more unless you are bringing some other seriously important experience to the table, like ten years in ER/neuro/ortho (most of work comp CM involves those).
Thank you very much Green Tea.

Not sure if the company refers to CM as complex CM--if it is, basically, episodic cm is patient load that you follow in short term and complex cm (assuming the company refers to cm as complex cm) -where you follow patients longer, likely chronic disease management. It is like at the hospital--surgical floor is episodic cm and medical/oncology is complex cm. As for salary--when I had no experience, I took whatever they gave me..after I had 5 years of cm experience, I switched job, had 4k cut from my salary but the work was home based, regardless I asked for 2k above their higher range and in the end, they accepted and had 2k cut from my original salary instead of 4k, but in exchange, no childcare so the saving was more.
Thank you bsnrn2013 I will let you know how it goes..
